The Intentional Communities project explores integration of sustainable architecture, community development and biosecurity in a Campus of Care model to provide higher quality of service at lower costs for mature adults. Many of the food, water and power security concepts in our earlier projects are applied to multi-family residential while also considering aerosol mitigation of allergens, contaminants and pathogens.
